Reservation guidelines: Reservations can be placed 1 year in advance and up to one month before the actual day of the event.
(In the event of a holiday, the reservation takes effect the following business day.)
*Please note that Hamagin Foundation for promotion of Industry and culture and its co-sponsors often
place reservations more than one year in advance.
Event hours: 9:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. (includes set-up, actual event, and close-up)
